2. What Information is Collected.
(a) Information You Provide to Us: We collect any information that you submit or enter on our Site, or that you provide to us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information to us, in which case you may not be able to take advantage of all of the services and features of this Site.
- Personally Identifiable Information. We do not require you to provide Personally Identifiable Information in order to have access to general information available on our Site. Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies a specific user. (a) Personally Identifiable Information: If you submit Personally Identifiable Information to us through the Site:
- We will use your Personally Identifiable Information to improve our services to you and to better tailor your website experience to your interests, to show you content in which you may be interested and to display the content according to your preferences. We will also use your Personally Identifiable Information to identify and authenticate your access to the Site’s services that you are authorized to access.

14. Notice of Privacy Rights in California. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
